Shipping Conditions
Products are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed. You will a receive tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. All shippings are registered and insured.


How to Return / Exchange - USA & EU

After filling in the form above, if you apply for a free return, we will send you a paid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your shoes.
Please include a copy of your receipt, and updated contact information.

Items on sale do not qualify for free returns.

Returns & Exchanges Conditions

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your shoes are in any way defective / faulty we will cover all return shipping costs, and issue a full refund. Please reach us at shop@officinalisboa.com for instructions.

If you got the wrong size, we will also exchange it for free and cover all the return shipping costs.

Unless you received a faulty/defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
At OFFICINA's discretion, a re-stocking fee of 10% may be applied in case there is a systematic and abusive usage of our free return policy.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 Hours.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@officinalisboa.com.

Sale items 

In the USA, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Sale items do not qualify for free returns in the EU. Please drop us an email at shop@officinalisboa.com for instructions.
